We are looking to hire an open construction superintendent for a large new series of homes. This is an outstanding career opportunity to join the #1 Construction Team in the Las Vegas Valley. The company will complete its 20,000th home in Las Vegas in 2019 and currently owns 5,000 homesites for its future communities. 

Qualifications Needed:

Strong leader - willing to make his own decisions. 

Construction professional with extensive experience in home building.. 

Must understand all facets of scheduling and job site organization.

We are looking to expand our Customer Service department and are looking for qualified applicants with home construction knowledge and experience.

Position will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, maintain solid customer relationships, recognize and enforce quality standards and construction standards, and manage contractor(s) work ensuring it is performed in a timely and professional manner. Applicant must have some computer knowledge and be able to perform some hands on repairs. Good communication skills are essential.
